    With over 17 years of experience in construction project management, field supervision, and quality control, James leads AJS Homes with a strong focus on craftsmanship, efficiency, and execution. He oversees all construction operations—from site planning to final walkthroughs—ensuring each project meets the highest standards.

    James’s leadership has guided the company’s evolution from a small remodeling service into a trusted name in residential and commercial construction across Central Arkansas. His hands-on approach and problem-solving mindset continue to drive the success and integrity of every build.

  • Alexis Williams

    CO- FOUNDER & OPERATIONS MANAGER

    As Co-Founder and Operations Manager, Alexis leads the administrative and client-facing side of AJS Homes. She manages business operations, client communication, and new project intake, while also overseeing licensure, compliance, and strategic partnerships.

    Alexis ensures that each project runs smoothly behind the scenes and that clients receive timely, transparent support from start to finish.

    Alexis’s leadership keeps AJS Homes aligned with its mission to build both strong structures and lasting relationships.
